About me

I’m Linda.

Certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach

I am happily married to my high school sweetheart for 38 years and together we have 7 beautiful children (now adults). I loved raising my children and although chaotic at times, those were the best years of my life and now I have a new focus and purpose in keeping myself well during this part of my life.

I have learned to manage my own life based on my work and have developed my own intentional awareness so I can self-manage and heal from so much in my life.

Besides being a mom and wife, have a bachelor’s degree from Rider College, I expanded my wellness education and became a Certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach. I have also focused on expanding my spirituality and understanding my own gifts of being intuitive, a sensitive empath, and I am Reiki Practitioner.  I am a Certified Zentangle Facilitator. I am also a member of the Cleveland Clinic Sarcoidosis Healthcare Partner Council in Cleveland Ohio where my patient and professional experiences are appreciated as we contribute to furthering the wellness experience of patients and the hospital.

My “Pot of Gold” contains all that I have learned not just from books but from all of my own life
experiences and journeys.
Guiding you through the process from my own breakthroughs is why I stepped out into this purpose to support and coach you into empowerment, wellness, healing and transformation.
My liquid gold has invaluable lifelong experiences and healing journeys as my mess is the message I
share with you. I have added ‘book learning’ to my offering but my own life experiences are priceless
and unique.
Are you ready to fill your own Pot of Gold?

I am

I am a woman, daughter, mom, wife, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

I am friendly, positive, happy, confident and blessed.

I am quirky and silly and seem to always be smiling.

I am sensitive and intuitive, feel empathy and sometimes I struggle (and its OK).

I am an overcomer, problem solver, advocate for myself and a mentor to others.

I have learned to understand who I am and why

I am who I am.

I am a work in progress and continue to discover new things about myself.

I love

I love my family, friends, my cats and love my backyard birds.

I love to be creative, decorate, shop, create Zen tangles, do puzzles, play pinball, bowl, billiards and most all sports.

Softball is my favorite sport and have earned many awards in my younger years and have always been a tomboy at heart.

I love chocolate, stuffed animals and a cup of tea throughout the day.

I love to share positive affirmations with others and see the glass as half full.

I love getting together with my friends and talking about life.

I love learning new insights about myself and seem to be an inspiration to others.

I am not

I am not perfect.

I am not always feeling good.

I am not defined by my health struggles.

I am not someone you can bully or manipulate.

I am not going to tell you what to do with your life.

And I am not someone who judges.

For years the same message has been clear that I have been guided to help others learn from their own life experiences through inspiration, empowerment and wellness transformation.

Not only do I have years of professional work experience supporting and coaching others through individual sessions, groups and workshops, but I also have my own personal life challenges that led me into the wellness and recovery field. That my mess is a message to share with

The discoveries and strategies that I personally learned took years to understand, and the struggles were long but because I experienced them, and I ‘healed from within’, I now share this with others.

Integrative wellness balances all the pillars of life and this has helped me with some of my own real-life challenges in life. I break these down to reveal so many other aspects of our lives to help us understand and create your wellness and healing.

I also live with 2 rare chronic illnesses for over 30 years which has challenged me significantly especially as I tried to parent my children including a child with special needs. Life is challenging and I had to ‘heal from within’ and learn to understand myself so I could handle life and the ‘wave of something’ that always comes.
