Together, we will discover why you are stuck and become more conscious about habits and reactions as well as understanding past experiences and current behaviors.
These discoveries are the key to managing your own life and ability to problem solve anything that happens to you and discover the first steps to healing.

If you would like an experience that is more in depth than having coffee and talking with your friends, then individual sessions are for you. If you are not looking for the in depth 12 session program but still want to discuss and talk about something, then call me and we can have coffee together!
12 Session Individual Customized I-AM Wellness Program – 60 Minutes
The first step to wellness and healing is Intentional Awareness and self-Management. If you are committed to learn more about yourself then this customized 12-week wellness program will offer you an individualized in-depth and practical understanding of who you are. Together we will help you understand and find balance in your life even if you may not know you are out of balance. If you are committed to change and healing, together we will work towards your goals and create a wellness plan just for you. We will use worksheets and a variety of tools including the ones that have helped me. We will also have weekly check ins and together let’s discover and celebrate your AHHA moments!

The power of peer support is priceless and is important not only for your own wellness but also in helping others.
